SHIPPING | We ship via USPS, DHL or UPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way (and try not to stalk the mail carrier…too much). 

Estimated transit times are shown when you are selecting shipping method at checkout, these are transit estimates once the item SHIPS and leaves our California warehouse. This is NOT expedited service only an estimate of the length of time the package will take to get to you once it ships.

Most in-stock items ship within 2-4 business days of ordering; however, if we are backlogged we will note it on our home page. We do not have availability for any local pick-up.

PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages but will work with you to make this right. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS | Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 5-12 business days once the order ships. Please note we cannot control customs delays and while it is rare, packages may often take 3-5 weeks to deliver to International destinations. If you need a guaranteed service please select UPS as a carrier. We ship direct to EVERY country. If your country is not listed please let us know. 

DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.

DELIVERY | We ship to the address entered at checkout that is listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be issued a refund less original shipping costs. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check that your address is right.

EXPRESS ORDERS | Express orders must be received before 1PST to be shipped within one business day. Pre-orders will ship express once they are in stock if you choose express shipping. Please choose UPS for expedited shipments. We cannot guarantee delivery dates using a USPS shipping choice.

ORDER CHARGES | To get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order (then feel free to celebrate your new find)!

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS | Please be sure to check it twice! Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to it, including address adjustments. There are times we may be able to catch an order outside, so please reach out asap if you’d like to attempt an adjustment of any kind.

Wonder Equestrian technical base and training layer tops, riding leggings, and riding breeches are designed by our fabric and fitness apparel experts AND equestrians for other equestrians. Our goal is to outfit you in today's best fabrics that help optimize your performance in the saddle. 

Our WE technical products are created with our specialty WE 360° stretch fabric. As such our recommended care and washing guidelines are below:

• Our product will ship with washing instructions however if in question  machine wash on cold, delicate cycle.
• No Fabric Softeners!! 
• Fabric softener will cause deterioration of the silicone print on items.
• Tumble dry low heat or lay flat to dry.
• Do Not Iron.
• Wash inside out to preserve the silicone print. 
• Do not expose the silicone print to any form of direct heat.
